The Site of Income tax @ incometaxindioa.gov.in has been hacked and redirected to a hoax site where money remitted by the taxpayers were redirected to some one else. The thrid estate reports that the chinese hackers are behind the process. Please ensure that you visit the proper site while remitting your taxes.

Mobile Phone Theft: A threat to the society

What can be done if you get a lost mobile phone. Make anonymous calls until the sim is blocked. Use photographs in the memory card, use personal info for identity theft. These are some of the possibilities. What is the law and law enforcers do to prevent it. In case of a lost mobile phone not even a FIR (First Information Report) is filed. No mobile operator cooperates for tracing a mobile phone. The law enforcers say it is very diffcult to trace a mobile phone and asks us to forget the same. The above said risks are some of the possibilities theat we will have to face in the future. So take steps as to enforce a law whereby law enforcers are supposed to file a FIR for every case. This is a wrath of a person who has lost two mobile phones successiveley.

HP (MIS) Service

I would like to share with you a terrible incident which happened to me at the HP Service centre at Kaloor. I have a HP laptop of which I forgot the BIOS password. I approached the above mentioned service centre on 5th of november, th ey demanded a sum of Rs 800 for the BIOS reset. I agreed to pay the same and enquired when i would get the laptop. They replied that I call them the next week. I called them after three days (9th november) and enquired the status. They told me that it was not done. I had to lie to them that I was leaving for bangalore and required the laptop urgently. When I went to collect the laptop, their behaviour was so rude. I request to the concerned that appropriate steps be taken against the service centre.

Railway Trouble

The trip to barcamp4 was an eventful one. The journey towards our destination (kozhikode) started at 6.45 from Ernakulam Junction Railway Station. We reached Tirur Station at 10.45 when the train was stopped abruptly. The reason was a crack which was clearly visible on the track. It was rumoured that somebody has cut the track or the crack developed due to natural conditions. Please judge by the image.

The return journey was more eventful, as we had to travel in a a general compartment which was jam packed with people. This was my second incident after my trip to mavelikkara which was a horrifying experience.

Request the readers to highlight the same to our beloved "LAALUJI" so that appropriate steps are taken. Hope everything turns out good.

The suffering of the people increased as the scarcity of "PETROL" which has affected the people. Only a petrol pump at Edappally could provide the "sacred liquid" to a few people.
